General Information

We're a new service dedicated to ensuring individuals carve out time for distinctive experiences with their family, friends, and loved ones. A skilled planner in your city will craft a personalized itinerary tailored to your and your guests' preferences – and if you’d like, they will handle all reservations and bookings too. Your only task is to be ready to escape the ordinary.

We fall into routines, and the usual is usually good enough. We spend most of our lives rushing through tasks and worrying about the small things, and as a result the big things – like romance, family and friendships – usually take a back seat. We're here to change that.

We truly believe in helping datescapes members try new things. Our datescapes planners are experienced experts in your city, and will ensure that the proposed itinerary suits the tastes and preferences of everyone in your group.

When you sign up to datescapes, you will get access to a personalized dashboard where you can set your preferences and schedule your datescapes. From there, our datescapes planners will put together an itinerary based on your preferences, and if you’re a Monthly subscriber, also manage all reservations/bookings for you.

You are in complete control of how much you want to spend on your datescapes, with any costs above and beyond your planning fee charged separately at each venue/location. You simply let the creative and unique itinerary guide you through a memorable night, and enjoy it with loved ones as you escape the ordinary.

Whether you’re planning a romantic night out, a family adventure, or time with friends, simply tell us your tastes, preferences, who’s joining you, and when you want to go – and we’ll take care of everything. From the planning to the reservations and bookings, every detail is handled for you. You can also purchase additional datescapes anytime for those extra-special moments, and you’re never locked in – cancel or pause your subscription at any time.

Billing Information

Monthly subscription members are billed every month on a recurring basis to the registered credit card – based on the monthly anniversary of their sign-up date. Members can then buy additional datescapes on a per-experience basis at the same rate as their membership package.

If you would like to cancel your membership immediately, visit your Profile within your Dashboard, click on the Manage Subscription link, and click the 'Cancel Subscription' link. If you do cancel your membership, we would love to get feedback on why and how we can better improve our services for our customers.

Your registered credit card is used to pay for your membership and/or to cover any costs associated with reservations. All purchases/transactions made during your datescapes are the responsibility of the member.

To update/change your credit card on file, visit your Profile within your Dashboard, click on the Payment Methods link, and click ‘Add payment method’.

We like promotions, and will periodically have promotion codes available for our customers. To redeem a promotion code, enter it within the promotion code at the check-out page (the final step in scheduling a datescape).

From time to time, we offer a time limited free trial offer, which provides new customers one (1) month of free access to our services. This includes complete access to our dashboard, the ability to request a date and full itineraries provided. Necessary reservations may also be included.

Members

Welcome to the community – we're happy to have you! At any time you can access your Dashboard by clicking 'Sign In' and entering your email and password.

Within your Dashboard, you will have the option to select your interests, update your billing details, edit your account, and most importantly, manage your datescapes.

To get started, click on the 'start your datescape' button within your Dashboard and select a date/time that works best for you. Once we have an idea of timing, purpose, participants, and budget, we will plan the perfect itinerary just for you.

You have the freedom to initiate your datescapes in your Dashboard at any time! We will remind you to initiate your datescapes via your registered email and/or phone number. Any datescapes that are included in your subscription must be redeemed within 30 days of the billing cycle.

To update your interests, simply select your interest from the profile page.

Access your datescapes in your Dashboard under 'My datescapes' to track the status, review your itineraries, and leave a review.

We like to have a good idea of who will be participating in your datescapes. This helps us better customize datescapes to your audience and ensures the itineraries are in line with all guests. We will request their email address if you would like to give your guests a heads up for the datescapes and provide them the opportunity to share their interests. All information captured is to better help us serve you and is never used for any other purposes.

You can request datescapes up until three (3) days before the scheduled date. This window allows our team enough time to plan the datescape and send it to you in advance.

As a Monthly subscription member, you have the ability to request a change with your chosen itinerary or reschedule the date/time of the planned datescapes up until three (3) days before the scheduled date–- one change per billing cycle or once per additional date purchased. Visit your Dashboard to request a change.

To update your profile information, simply visit your Dashboard and click ‘Profile’.
